AutoInvoice Completes Successfully but SO Lines Remain in “Awaiting Billing”

Hello,

We have an issue where SO lines remain in “Awaiting Billing” even though AutoInvoice completes successfully and AR transactions are created correctly.

The issue only occurs for one business flow where we use a separate transaction source for document numbering purposes. Other flows using the standard Distributed Order Orchestration source work correctly and fulfillment lines move to “Closed”.

What we observed:

• Import AutoInvoice completes successfully
• AR invoice is created successfully
• Sales order lines remain in “Awaiting Billing”
• “Notify Feeder System of Receivables Transactions” is not triggered automatically after AutoInvoice
• When running it manually, we receive:
  “End Point information is not defined for the Batch Source 'CUSTOM'”
