Is there a way to secure recruiting access by Core HR location

Summary:

We are building out Oracle Recruiting access and have a requirement of recruiters only seeing requisitions and candidates that have applied at their specific location (employee location). From what we are seeing everything is at the broader location level (i.e. country, city). Is this possible?
