Display Text Attachments on PDF for Purchase Orders created in Redwood

We are noticing that To Supplier .txt attachments texts are displaying on PDF for POs created in classic UI, however when the PO is created in Redwood, texts from the same attachment are not displaying on PDF. One workaround is to create a change order in classic UI, then text will display on PDF downloaded in Redwood. Is this functionality available in Redwood?
