Rehire Conversion Failure Due to Personal Payment Method Over-Allocation

We are experiencing an issue with Personal Payment Methods for rehires and are curious whether others have encountered the same behavior. When a rehired employee already has a bank account from a previous assignment and then enters a new bank account on their pending worker record with a 100% payment allocation, the existing bank account is automatically changed to "Remaining Pay." As a result, the payment allocations exceed 100%, causing the worker conversion process to fail due to over-allocation.
