Unable to Make a Field Read-Only on Interaction Page in Mobile Application Setup

Summary:

We are configuring the Interaction page in Oracle Fusion Service Mobile Application Setup and need one specific field to be read-only.

For other pages such as Appointments and Tasks, the Scripts section is available in Mobile Application Setup, and we are able to use it to control field behavior, including setting fields to read-only. However, for the Interaction page, the Scripts section is not available, so we cannot use the same method.

Our requirement is to display the field on the Interaction page but prevent users from editing it. At this time, we are unable to find any supported configuration option in Mobile Application Setup that allows us to make this field read-only for the Interaction page.
