I created a custom BI Publisher report to display customer contact phone numbers using the HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS, HZ_PARTIES, HZ_RELATIONSHIPS, HZ_ORG_CONTACTS, and HZ_CONTACT_POINTS tables.

Phone numbers with CONTACT_POINT_TYPE = 'PHONE LAND' are displayed correctly. However, phone numbers with CONTACT_POINT_TYPE = 'PHONE MOBILE' appear as NULL for certain users.

Since I am able to view the mobile phone numbers when running the report with system administrator privileges/roles, I suspect this may be related to role-based access, privileges, or data security.
