SET BIC/SWIFT as mandatory in Personal Payment Methods

I would like to make the BIC/SWIFT Code field mandatory when creating or editing a Personal Payment Method.

Is there a standard configuration available in Oracle HCM to make this field required? If so, could you please provide guidance on the recommended setup?
