Permission is required to propose personal contribution

Summary:

We have added privilege to enable manage personal contribution task for custom employee role. But when the employee navigates to the "Manage Personal Contribution" task the message on the landing page shows "Permission is required to propose personal contribution". There is one ICP that this person is eligible & the ICP configuration has been validated and is correct. Could you please provide suggestion to fix this issue @Rajesh Jupudi -Oracle
