Unable to Edit Cascaded Goals in Goal Plan

Hello Team,

A goal was cascaded to employees without enabling edit access. As a result, employees cannot edit the goal or its measures.

Please confirm:

• Can admins edit such cascaded goals in an employee’s goal plan?
• If not, is copying the goal the only workaround?
• After copying, can employees inactivate or complete the original goal without impacting performance documents?

Kindly confirm the expected behavior and best practice.
