How to find Why GOP didn't honor Request Ship Date

We have a requirement where business wants to see why GOP didn't honor the requested ship date. There are scenarios where requested Ship date is sysdate + 3 but GOP suggested sysdate + 10 days .

Is there any table or any page where we can see the reason for not suggesting sysdate+3 . We want to understand which component was missing or any reason so that we can honor RSD
