BI Publisher Scheduled Report Not Reflecting Updated Recipient List in Oracle Fusion

We are facing an issue with an existing scheduled BI Publisher report in Oracle Fusion. After updating the recipient email list in the schedule, the changes are not reflecting during the next report execution. The report continues to send emails to the old recipient list instead of the updated recipients. We have saved the updated schedule, but the new recipient list is still not being used. Please advise if this is expected behavior, a known issue, or if there is any workaround other than recreating the schedule.
