IDR Invoice Accounting Date Defaults to Invoice Date but imported invoices accounting date is first

Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of):

Description (Required):

IDR Invoice Accounting Date Defaults to Invoice Date, but Imported Invoices Default to 1st Day of open period

The reason IDR invoices are not working similarly to imported invoices is due to how Oracle Fusion handles the Accounting Date for each source:

Why the behavior is different

  • IDR invoices IDR does not modify or override the Accounting Date. It simply passes the Invoice Date, and Oracle defaults the Accounting Date from the Invoice Options setup. So the Accounting Date = Invoice Date.

Howdy, Stranger!
