Performance & Limitations for Large-Scale Workforce Comp Plan (~65K workers and ~40 Countries)

Hello Team,
We are planning a Workforce Compensation Plan that will support an eligible population of approximately 65,000 workers globally, spanning multiple currencies. This plan will include three compensation components.
During our active planning cycle, we anticipate high volumes of concurrent worksheet access by managers across the organization.
Based on your experience with similar large-scale deployments, have you encountered any specific system limitations, performance bottlenecks, or any other major issues under these conditions? Any best practices or "lessons learned" you could share would be highly appreciated.
