Transportation Schedule is not respected by GOP

Summary:

Hi,

The receiving days in Transportation schedule is not respected by GOP while scheduling the sales order.

Created a Facility schedule with Monday and Friday as working days.

Facility schedule is assigned to the customer/party.

While creating the order observed that the Scheduled Arrival Date is not falling on the customer receiving days.

User preference is "ET" (UTC-5).

Receiving Days in Transportation Schedule is "Tuesday" and "Friday"-
