Interview Reminder to Candidates

We want an automated reminder for the "Request Interview to Be Scheduled" 24 hours after it was sent if no interview was scheduled by the candidate.

It doesn't matter what phase and state they are in because some of our Hiring Managers send the interview in various phases and states; therefore, it doesn't look like a Fast Formula would work for this request.

Currently, our Recruiters have to do this manually and we want this to be an automated process.

How do we do this?
