'Interview Feedback' updated LOVs are not appearing in the questionnaire for one of the question.

Questionnaire screen: I have updated the Questionnaire > Recruiting > Interview Feedback: Added List of Values for one of the question and it is active.

Navigation: Offering > Recruiting and Candidate management > Candidate Job applications > All tasks > Questionnaire
Subscriber> Select Recruiting> Questionnaire Library > Interview Feedback. Updated LOV for one question in Offer letter questionnaire.

After making it as active the new LOVs should appear, but I'm able to view in one screen a) View Questionnaire and not able to view in b) Interview Feedback.

a) View Questionnaire screen: The visible list of values are the existing ones (A, B, C, D, as well with YR1, YR2, YR3)
