The IRIS electronic filing format requires that for individuals the name fields be separated in First Name, Middle Name and Last Name. For businesses the name field will remain the same.
- How is the separate name fields accomplished in the suppliers set up for First Name, Middle Name and Last Name? We currently use the supplier’s name field for both businesses and individuals.
