I'm creating an Object Workflow at a custom role level. The problem occurs when I navigate to:
Object Workflow → After-That action → Email Notification → Email Details
Whn I try to select a role in the recipient ("To") field, only the seeded (standard) roles appear. The custom role I created is not shown in the list.
My questions are:
- How can I make my custom role appear in the email notification recipient list?
