I requested an account password reset, but the relevant email has not arrived. I have made several chat inquiries, and each time you sent me an email directly, but the email is nowhere to be found.
I cannot submit a general support ticket because I cannot log in to the OCI console. I would appreciate it if a Community Manager or an Oracle team representative could investigate this issue.
