In Oracle Cloud Performance Management, is it possible to update an employee’s Performance Rating using HDL after the Line Manager has submitted the final rating? Is this supported as part of any recent enhancement, and if so, what are the prerequisites or limitations for updating ratings post-submission via HDL?
