OGL File step based activation

Hello all,

I'm in the process of trying to create my first OGL process from start to finish, I've hit a point in the process where I need the user to upload some backing documentation that will be used in the approval process so want this to act as a trigger for the next step.

I currently have the below which has a tip prompted the user to drag and drop the backing documentation, what I'd then like is for once this file has been uploaded, that acts as the trigger to show the next step in the process which is to click the OK button. I hope or assume this could be achieved via conditions but given my relative inexperience I'm not sure what the correct combination of conditions would be.
