Has anyone received this error when trying to submit an offer for approval in ORC?

Summary:

We having been getting this error on some of our offer approvals since Friday. It is not affecting every offer sent for approval only some.

Root Cause Error

Operation getOfferFields on service RecruitingCommonTransactionService failed with error: java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: java.lang.Integer.<init>(java.lang.ref.WeakReference)

Resolution

Look at the diagnostic log for the detailed error message.If the fault is an access denied message, ensure that the user executing the web service in question has the appropriate privilege in place prior to executing the web service in the approval flow. If the error message indicates failure due to a business logic issue, verify the business data passed to the approval flow satisfies the business validation logic.
