New Icon in the Time View for Techs

Starting a few releases ago - we started seeing the following icon in our Technicians Time view

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

New Icon is the grey rectangle with an arrow facing north west.

Our old time view does not have any such Icon. Our Techs are setup similarly:

Is there a way to be consistent across all orgs / Techs. what causes that Icon to appear?
