Unable to see questionnaire during internal supplier registration

We have a requirement in our project where Supplier Questionnaires are currently configured and displayed during External Supplier Registration. However, the business also requires the same questionnaires to be displayed and completed during Internal Supplier Registration.

Could you please confirm whether this is supported through standard Oracle Fusion functionality? If yes, kindly share the configuration steps required to enable Supplier Questionnaires for Internal Supplier Registration.

If this is not supported out of the box, please advise on any available alternatives or customization options that can be considered to achieve this requirement.
