Managing a formal ranked eligibility list
Hi team,
I'm implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud for an Italian public-sector organization, and I'm running into a process requirement that doesn't seem to map cleanly to ORC's native capabilities. Looking for anyone who has faced something similar.
The requirement
The organization's hiring process is legally structured around a concept called graduatoria (literally: "ranked eligibility list"). It works as follows:
- At multiple stages of the selection process (CV screening, written/technical test, interviews), a formal ranked list of eligible candidates must be produced
- Each list includes only candidates who passed that stage, ordered by score
- Each list must be formally approved by a designated authority (HR Director or CEO) before the process can advance to the next stage
