Can we restrict remit-to account to be number in PPR

in Payables, Payments & Cash Management

Summary:

When user choose a payment method eg. ACH, it only allows number type's remit-to account in practice, but Oracle allow them to be text type too.
Is it possible to set for certain payment method to pick up payment with number type remit-to account only?
