how to configure Qualifying Life Events for COBRA when the employee had divorce

Summary:

we need to setup Qualfitying Life Events for COBRA when an employee has Divorce. How do i setup in LIfe Events "continuing Benefits Type" column. also the employee will not be Non-Worker record since this is not termination. The extraction team is not able to pull out COBRA records to send it to ADP.
