Audit Tracking for Resignation Reason Changes in Oracle Fusion HCM

We have a business requirement to track and audit any changes made to the Resignation Reason after an employee submits their resignation, specifically when updates are performed by the manager.
What would be the best practice in Oracle Fusion HCM to capture and track these changes for audit purposes?
- Is there a way to enable auditing on this field?
- Are there specific tables or configurations (e.g., Reports or BPM) that can help track historical changes?
