UK Neonatal Care Pay - Multiple Births eg Twins

There are specific rules (see bullet points) where more than 1 baby needs Neonatal Care. But i can't find any guidance from Oracle at all on how customers are expected to deal with this. eg presumably you create a separate Neonatal Care Admission EIT record for each child? If so then you need to calculate the combined entitlement across both EIT records, if they have care at different times (point 2 below). But how would you know the two EIT records are linked? There is no marker on the EIT to indicate multiple births. Or are we supposed to record
