Signup Issue - Verification Charge Successful but Account not Created

in OCI - General

Summary:

During the final "Start my free trial" step, the page expired. However, my card was successfully verified and a temporary $1 charge was placed on my account. I cannot log in (incorrect user/password). My email verification was ok, and have not received the "Welcome" email. Chat bot dose not send me to a human.

Please assist in activating the account or clearing my details so I can try again without being flagged for a "Duplicate Account."
