Use employee location attribute for setting up requisition approval

Summary:

When we setup employees, we assigned them to a location on their employee record as well as on the position.

We have an employee name Sarah who is tagged to a location called Auckland Head Office on her employee record. When she raises a requisition using the deliver to location as Auckland Head Office, we want system to follow her supervisory hierarchy which means the requisition goes directly to her supervisor. Whereas when Sarah raises a requisition for any other deliver to location, it follows the approval hierarchy based on the mapping set where we have mapped the location to approver.
