Getting error when trying to associate a Sub Inventory to a Resource in Service logistics

Im getting the below error when trying to associate a Resource with a sub inventory in Service Logistics (Setup & Maintenance → Service Logisitics → Manage Service Technicians)

JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000007166496 ] in PersonDEO__DefCustomizer__At least one phone number is required

Please suggest on how to resolve this error
