Can we disable Service Window/SLA alert on dispatch ?

hi,

we are looking for ways to disable service window / SLA warning alerts on activity on dispatch as this is changing the color of the activity which client wants to disable. display it based on the status of the activity only.

Rn, on the specific type we have a warning color setting which is coming into play during warning trigger.

Also, based on our understanding this setting will only affect the message scenario Enable 'SW warning' trigger and not the UI trigger.
