Prevent users selecting different Expense Types with the same Expense Category for the same date

Users should not be able to select multiple Expense Types with the Same Expense Category for the same date

We have several Subsistence Expense Types with the Expense Category of Meals.

Each Expense Type has its own policy with a Rate Limit of ‘Daily Sum Limit’ and an associated rate:

Expense Type Expense Category Policy Rate

STD - Subs. (over 05 hours) Meals Subsistence 5 7.00 (Daily Sum Limit)

STD - Subs. (over 10 hours) Meals Subsistence 10 13.00 (Daily Sum Limit)

STD - Subs. (15 – 24 hours) Meals Subsistence 24 33.00 (Daily Sum Limit)

Users should not be able to select more than one of these Expense Types for the same date.
