Summary:

It would be helpful to easily identify candidate profiles that belong to Ex-Employees. This is especially valuable in Candidate Search when scanning candidate profiles of someone with a common name. Rather than looking through every prospective External candidate profile to see if it's the Ex-Employee one, this would allow much faster identification of said profile.
