Simple components rounding issue

Summary: We use a salary basis with the type of 'Salary amount is determined by simple components' for our India employees. Recently we were given a new salary structure for our India employees so a new salary basis using simple components was created (components and percentages changed).

When we update the employee records with the new salary basis there will be zero change in the salary. We need the current salary to match the proposed salary because we are only updating the salary basis. After testing a few records some were successful with having the current and proposed salaries match and some had a small difference between the current and proposed salary. We are trying to figure out what is causing the small difference but are not having any luck.
