Need-By Override not updating work order start dates in PS after solve

Summary:

While trying to expedite a work order by putting 'Need-By Override' date, it is not updating work order dates in PS after solve process.

Expectation is to reprioritize the work order by putting 'Need-By Override' date, so that it will update the work order date after solve and then releasing from PS will update the work order date in in the execution side.

Even we tried with 'Earliest Start Date' and that also not updating dates on the work order or nor prioritizing the sequence.

So what is the way to mass update the work order start dates on PS , so that upon release it will update in the execution side.
