Free Tier Account Locked - Invalid credentials after password reset, need urgent help

Hello Oracle Community and Moderators,

I am a Free Tier OCI user and my account has been locked. I am unable
to login to the OCI Console and need urgent help as I have important
projects and instances running on this account.

Issue Details:
I logged into my Oracle Cloud account using my password. The system
then prompted me to reset my password. After resetting the password,
when I tried to login again, it shows "Invalid username or password"
error continuously.

My account only had the "Default" identity domain configured. The
"OracleIdentityCloudService" domain was never set up, so I am unable
