Alert Composer for Expired License/Certification

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I'm looking for guidance on an Oracle Fusion HCM Alert Composer use case.

We have configured an expired License/Certification alert using the resource:

talentProfileItems/expiringCertifications

with the condition:

${DaysForCertificationExpiry} < 0

Issue:
If an employee has multiple records for the same certification, the alert evaluates each record independently. For example:

• Certification A – Expired on 19-May-2026
• Certification A – Active until 10-Jul-2026

The alert still triggers because of the expired record, even though a newer active certification exists for the same Certification Name.

Requirement:
We want the alert to consider only the latest (maximum) expiration date for a certification and suppress the notification if a newer active certification record exists.
