Adding Personal/Internal Notes to BPM Notifications or Worklist Tasks

Hi,

We would like to check whether it is possible for a user to add personal/internal notes when receiving a notification related to a purchase requisition or purchase order.

The business scenario is that the user receives approval notifications for requisitions/orders and would like to record personal notes directly on the notification or task itself, for their own tracking purposes. These notes are intended to be internal/personal and not necessarily part of the official approval comments.

In addition, we would like to understand whether such an option can be added or displayed in the BPM Worklist, for example as an additional/custom column in the task list, similar to other columns currently shown in the Worklist.
