Manually create work orders from a forecast

Summary:

We want to Manually create work orders from a forecast.

We have a work requirement created with Work order creation as Manual.

Forecast was generated for the work requirement based on the calandar pattern. How do we generate work orders from the generated forecast since the WO generation is Manual?
