Job Offer section – Legal Employer field defaulting logic in ORC

Hi team,

I'm working on an Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation and I have a question about the Legal Employer field in the Job Offer section of a Job Requisition.
Specifically, I'd like to understand:

  1. What is the source/defaulting logic for this field? Does it derive from the Requisition header, from the Work Location selected in the offer, or from another source?
  2. Is there any configuration that controls or overrides this defaulting behavior?

Any pointers to relevant MOS articles or documentation would be greatly appreciated.
