How to debug Agent Advisor failure on Maintenance Operations Workspace

We have enabled Agentic AI Apps from 26B in Maintenance, Maintenance Operations Workspace by using the Profile options, and provisioned Roles & privileges for Agent access.

Only one of the Agent fetched output, while the rest of the Agent failed. How do we debug on the Agent failures on the UI??
