Mass Update – Queue/Detail List Not Populating While Updating Service Requests

Summary:
We are experiencing an issue while performing a Mass Update on HR Service Requests in Oracle HR Help Desk.
When multiple Service Requests are selected and the Update action is initiated, the Mass Update panel opens successfully. However, after selecting Field = Queue, the Value dropdown (Queue/Detail list) does not populate with any available values.
As a result, we are unable to select a queue and complete the mass update process.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to My Open HR Help Desk Requests.
- Select multiple Service Requests.
- Click Update.
- In the Mass Update window, select Queue in the Field dropdown.
