How are legal requests being met regarding the reproduction of an e-signature application and legal

We are going through a legal review of our online application process with our legal department.  They have asked for the ability to reproduce the e-signature statement along with the legal language that was presented to the candidate at the time of the application.  I am not aware of the ability to do this in Taleo.  I am wondering if anyone else is getting these questions from their legal department and how they are handling the need.  Even if we could pull the data into a mergeform, I didn't see any effective dating on the statements such that, if our
