The value of the PricedQuantity attribute is invalid. (OSS-6075166)

Summary:

Import Management- > Manage Imports

We uploaded the subscription data files using the 'Manage Import' function. Although the processes worked fine, we got errors. This is against the subscriptions they are creating the Product billings, while uploading it against the subs. We see all the files going in errors, with same error.

Failed to import data. Details: The value of the PricedQuantity attribute is invalid. (OSS-6075166).

I further checked the file is having the correct Price, In Pricing I have validated the prices is fine and active with the item.
