Autocomplete rule not suggesting the correct PayPeriodStartDate

Summary:

We have an autocomplete rule which validates the transaction date which should be pay-period start date. The rule is working fine when an employee is associated to only one payroll definition through out.

But the rule fails to suggest the correct date when an employee is associated with multiple payroll definition (Say Hourly Bi-Weekly to Salaried Bi_Weekly). Although the first payroll (Hourly Bi-Weekly) is already end date. Rule suggest the date based on first payroll defination.
