Error during inventory creation in segmentable activities

The issue we are experiencing is the following.

At first, a segmentable activity is assigned to a resource (R1). Then it is moved to another resource (R2) but the user does not select the option "Move all segments" in the popup message that appears during the move action.

As a result, the segmentable activity remains on R1 and the segment activity is moved to R2.

Now, the technician who has access to R2, signs in to OFS and starts the activity.
