FBDI Schedule New Process/Load Interface File for Import/Import Suppliers - Error in UI

Description (Required):

I cannot schedule any new processes in PROD. I am able to perform these taskes in the development environments. This issue began after 26B updates.
Fail to get a 'Process ID' generated when attempting to 'Schedule New Process/Load Interface File for Import". Upon selecting a value from the 'Import Process' dropdown, the value does not populate the field, and after a few minutes an error message pop-up appears. The error message is "Unable to retrieve search results. Error occurred while processing. Unable to return results. oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil&FndMapResourceBundle".
