Org chart doesn't reflect public worker access

Summary
The Connections Org Chart does not appear to respect the Public Worker Access configuration. The configuration is working as expected in both the Global Search and the Connections search bar, but users are still visible in the Org Chart when they should not be.

Does anyone know whether the Connections Org Chart uses different configuration settings or security rules than Public Worker Access?

We have configured Public Worker Access restrictions, and these are correctly applied in the Global Search and the Connections search bar. However, the same restrictions do not seem to be applied within the Connections Org Chart, where users remain visible.
